For the most part my entrepreneur does understand their customers problems because the only thing she sells is T-shirt and she is aware that people want other things.
She also knows how to market on social media which is where the her customers come from. The difference between the two might exist because she knows her product and the others do not

ReplyDeleteIt is awesome that your friend is an entrepreneur at such a young age and has her own t-shirt line! I think that the second person you interviewed was especially helpful in identifying the unmet needs of customers by saying that they would eventually want a larger variety of products to be offered such as sweatshirts and jackets as well.

Hey Bridgett, I thought you did a great job on this assignment. I interviewed someone who also attends UF and has created her own business. She appears to be well aware of her customer's demands. I also found that most customers wanted more variety in the selection of the specified item and that the owner could always fix one or two things. Also, it's difficult for me to approach people but you did a good job interviewing them. Maybe getting more feedback would come in handy to figure out better what the 20 percent think. I really liked your interview with the entrepreneur. She seemed to really take the feedback of her customers and knows what direction to take her company in. I like the name of her company too, very original. It also seemed that her media plan was right in line with the customers you interviewed. Focused very much on social media which would attract the kind of clients she was after.

The fact that it is your friend who runs the company gives this assignment a more personal feel which makes it even more interesting. The customers gave great feedback and the entrepreneur herself seemed to accept everything well and want to continue to grow her company. Keep up the good work!
